Cleareview's Services

Screening panel

The radiologists performing the screening panel review interpret your client’s deidentified exam (which will have a current date) in the course of their everyday work. They are unaware that it is anything other than a routine exam. However, since they are unaware that they are doing a review, we are unable to access them for further consultation, as that would break the blind, and Cleareview would no longer be able to use them.

Expert panel

Three experts each review a set of five exams containing your client’s deidentified exam, along with the original reports. They determine if the report meets the standard of care, and if not, explain why not. These experts are aware that they are doing a legal review, and have agreed to be available for further consultation, deposition and trial if necessary.

Expert Review Set

One expert reviews a set of ten exams containing your client’s deidentified exam in your choice of three ways:

  • 1.Impressions: The radiologist records their conclusions after reviewing the images.
  • 2.Standard of Care: Like the expert panel, the radiologist reviews the exam and original report, and determines if the report meets the standard of care, and if not, explains why not.
  • 3.Integrated: Combines both other methods. The radiologist first reviews the exam, records their conclusions, and after submitting them, is presented with the original report for a Standard of Care review.
This expert is available for further consultation, deposition and trial if necessary.
